What is good governance and what makes it good? What are the principles of good governance? What is the state of good governance in Ukraine? These and other questions cadets of the DonSUIA discussed with the expert of the European Union Advisory Mission in Ukraine during the online-webinar.
The speaker of the webinar was an expert in good governance of the EUAM in Ukraine Pavlo Bilak.
The principles of good governance of the UN, the Council of Europe and the EU were considered. The cadets came to the conclusion that digitalisation is a success story. The importance of digitalisation in the National Police of Ukraine was discussed. The cadets overviewed such terms as ` security` and key aims of security sector reform. The higher education applicants got acquainted with the priorities of the European Union Advisory Mission work and reform of the civilian security sector in Ukraine.
In order to deepen and expand knowledge, the young police officers took part in testing and questioning to consolidate the material covered.
